Laboratory and analysis machine for various types of fibres, bobbins or fabrics with detailed feedback.

This machine allows for dyeing, bleaching or any other treatment, on all textile fibres, in conditions of optimal reproducibility. It is notably equipped with a real circulation pump, and all the safety equipment inherent to autoclave dyeing. It allows you to work on samples of approximately 200 to 300 gram in bath ratios identical to industrial production machines.

The transparent tank also allows to have a view of the progress during the dyeing cycle.

The machine is composed of a housing in stainless steel. It is equipped with an integrated Sedomat controller (with touch sceen) allowing an extremely easy and safe operation.

It generates a detailed graph showing the complete dyeing process in a matter of seconds.

Dye bath progression
pH-value and temperature measurement
Dosing of solids and/or liquids additives

Accessoiries include bobbin supports, fibre containers, pH-measuring probe (optional), USB-portal, connections for electric power supply, air, water and drainage.
